Cleaning the bottom of your cookware?
I,have bought Emeril’s cookware, about a year ago. I,have gas stoves, which I love. But how do you get rid of the built up grease on the bottom of the pan’s. With out useing a scouring pad. I,have the non-stick cooking line, and not the stainless steel, ones thank-you,for your reply.

Try Barkeeper’s Friend. It is in Walmart and most grocery stores where you find Ajax and Comet powdered cleansers. It is especially amazing on stainless steel. If it won’t work nothing but a scouring pad will.
Sounds funny, but has worked for me……. boil some water and vinegar and put in sink…….. let pots sit in it for a bit and it should come off rather easy…… if not oven cleaner does help too. Good Luck
I would use hot water, a clean rag and lots of elbow grease.
to remove thegrease you could try a cream cleaner such as Cif or equivilent with a soft cleaning pad and some elbow grease.
To help keep them clean in future you could try smearing the bases with washing up liquid, I know it sounds weird but we did this when camping and cooking on open fires and it works a treat. The washing up liquid traps the grease and grim and washes off easily in cold water let alone hot water.
