Does anybody know where to buy teflon spray? The kind you use to recoat…?
frying pans and cookware. I cannot find it anywhere and it used to be a common thing not that long ago.

I think you will find it in Walmart, its usually next to the spray on tire treads
Let me quote from the Teflon site:
Can I purchase Teflon® in a spray can so that I can reapply the non-stick coating?
Due to the substrate preparation, baking/layering/spraying application and curing process that is required to apply DuPont non-stick coatings to cookware and household appliances, DuPont is not able to manufacture a "spray on" Teflon® coating.
