how do I tile the backsplash in my kitchen? Where can I buy colorful 1″ by 1″ tiles for it?

First time DIYer, would like ideas and tips too.

  1. my husband and I just tiled our counter top and back splash, I got my tiles from loews and it was fairly easy, you will need a wet saw to cut your tiles, tile adhesive, grout and sealent, measure and cut tiles, spead adhesive, lay tiles, let dry(see intructions on package) seal tiles, let dry, grout tiles, let dry, then you will wipe tiles clean, seal them again..read directions for curing times on all, and you may need more than one application for sealant and grout. also you can go online and find more info…hope this helps

go to lowes! you can find tiles and they have pro`s that you can ask all your questions to and they will be glad to help!

  3. You can get a video made by a guy who’s been a professional tile setter for years. He shows you exactly how to do the job the right way. It’s well worth the price. http://www.this-info.com/tilemadeasy
