Please help me to decide which cookware to buy?
I heard that Teflon is bad for you.. I have seen in the store "hard anodized non stick".Is that the same thing as teflon?Also I heard about Xylan? I have stainless steel but I do not like it ,it sticks and hard to clean.
Hard anodized is not the same as teflon, and it would not be much better than your stainless in terms of things sticking to it.
Teflon won’t hurt you. Non-scientific people are always throwing out scares like that. To be safest, though, and to make the surface last, never use hard steel implements when stirring in teflon pots. Stick to nylon, silicon, or wood.
