Recently bought a cookware set from Emeril?

About a year ago I bougth a set of Emeril’s cookware set, it went good for a while but lately Ive had problemas with my frying pan. Everything is sticking in it, even after throwing in a pinch of oil and butter.

What can I do?

    Sounds like you wore off or scrubbed off the teflon coating!
    If thats the case, dont waste your money on those signature sets (total waste of your $ – your paying for the name attached) buy a nice set of T-Fal or Revere

  2. I have the same problem you need to use a lower heat setting and lots of butter, oil, or pan spray. Due to the design it spreads the heat more evenly and efficiently. Also you can remove the water spots that don’t come off with cleaning by putting a little lemon juice on the bottom of the pan and wiping the inside down with a paper towel.

  3. Stop buying crap cookware. Just because his name is on it doesnt make it good cookware. Hes a chef not a cookware designer. But your frying pan is beat, toss it. You cant undo whats done and everything will always stick now and the coating is going to start coming off into your food.

    Seriously, invest in All Clad cookware… You’ll feel stupid for spending 120 bucks for a skillet, but the quality is AMAZING. Trust me, it is totally worth it.
