Which Rachael Ray cookware set is better? Also, where can I buy corningware, like a 9×13 glass casserore/dish?

Hard Anodized; Porcelain Enamel Cookware Set; or Stainless Stell (much less popular on Amazon.com).
Also, is the anodized one safe? I’ve read they are relatively nonstick. What about the Enamel?

Cookware: bottom encapsulated vs tri-ply or multiclad?

I’m buying a new set of cookware (stainless steel) but I’m not sure if it’s better to have the conductive material (either copper or aluminum) only on the bottom or if it pays to have it all around.
