Should I buy stainless steel cookware or nonstick? I don't cook very well.?

Considering Rachael Ray’s hard anodized aluminum:

Or Calphalon Unison set.
Or maybe I should get stainless steel?

Which Rachael Ray cookware set is better? Also, where can I buy corningware, like a 9×13 glass casserore/dish?

Hard Anodized; Porcelain Enamel Cookware Set; or Stainless Stell (much less popular on Amazon.com).
Also, is the anodized one safe? I’ve read they are relatively nonstick. What about the Enamel?
